Instro Australia is a hire company set up to provide a complete instrument calibration and testing service. Over years of experience we’ve found that on most jobs the equipment available just isn’t suitable or in proper working order and that there are certain base requirements that most projects and shutdowns just can’t cater for due to capital outlay costs or simply not knowing what they need to have on hand to complete the work. Along with this we find too much time is wasted trying to get hold of all the right fittings and connectors to actually perform the job.
So after having assembled all the right equipment to cover the complete range of usual requirements, and focussing on inter-operability and standardising connections we’ve managed to come up with a “one-stop-shop” solution that can fulfil the full requirements when it comes to setting up, calibrating, maintaining and commissioning instrumentation in virtually any industry.
Having been involved in several large projects of varying industries (oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, mining) we have also provided for the need to supply diagnostic and analysis tools where commissioning and trouble shooting requires.
Our complete range of test and calibration equipment is assembled within a transportable calibration workshop which is available for project hire. Documentation
Documentation produced by Instro Australia is of the highest quality and extremely thorough. We can customise our documentation to suit each client or site needs, and supply hardcopy dossiers and PDF softcopies as standard.
With a high level of maintenance and certification of our test and calibration equipment we readily include this information on all our documentation. We carry records for all our equipment and can produce certification documents at any time.
Calibration & Testing
Instro Australia has the equipment, experience and reporting ability to perform calibration, testing and diagnostics work on or off site.
Our equipment range and accuracy is comparable to a laboratory style standard, with full capabilities from vacuum to high pressure, temperature and temperature simulation, flow simulation, gas and liquid analysers, gas detection and other test scenarios using analysers, recorders and electrical test equipment.
Safety
We consider safety to be our primary objective at all times. This includes our people, our customers, our customers assets and the environment.
You will find Instro Australia to be experienced, informed and highly competent in ensuring HSE is considered throughout all work conducted and no doubt be impressed with our outlook and attitude towards working safely.
For example, we carry safety equipment for work conducted inside our mobile calibration facility and general plant attendance, have well defined risk assessments for the procedures we conduct and carry MSDS for all chemicals and components we use.
Our equipment undergoes testing at regular intervals. It is transported and used with the appropriate level of respect. Any equipment that has failed or is damaged is replaced or repaired. This ensures we can operate to the highest quality and expected level of safety.
