Mobile Facility
We have built the storage and setup of our calibration equipment into a fully mobile solution which now means our hire equipment is mobile, set up efficiently and ready to go. Tools, fittings, equipment, air and power supplies are readily available so that you can get on with the job. Easily transportable to and around site as a complete solution for commissioning, calibration and maintenance support requirements. All tools and equipment are kept in superb condition and are fully covered by a maintenance schedule to ensure a quality product.
For a client service agreement or contract, our inventory can be customised to suit the job requirement.
The Mobile Facility is fully equipped and self contained including:
- Air conditioning and heating
- Benches, Vice, Storage and part containers
- Lighting, alarm / security system
- Compressed air system and vacuum pump
- Budenberg Dead Weight Tester 600 Bar capacity and oil separator
- Computer system, multifunction centre, office equipment
- Soldering station, hand tool sets, anti-static mats and equipment
- Accurate and stable bench power
- Master bench meters and communications (Connect HART, Fieldbus or Profibus right from the workbench to the PC)
- Pneumatic fittings, connectors, general consumables
